Conditions for extending the validity of vouchers:

In general, the extension of reception vouchers is solved only after receiving the appropriate amount - to a bank account to our bank account in Fio bank: 2001595869 / 2010 or IBAN: CZ8620100000002001595869 or online payment or card via the Paypal payment system, the link to Paypal payment is here.

WHEN the voucher CANNOT be renewed or extended even for a fee:

• if a reservation has already been made for the voucher by the reception, which did not take place and was not canceled more than 48 hours before the date and time of the reservation, regardless of any reason, the reservation did not take place.

• if the third voucher is from the 2+1 promotion, i.e. a vouche that was donated free of charge by our website as a gift in the 2+1 promotion and similar promotions.

• if it has an extended fixed validity (i.e. the voucher has an original validity of 6 months or more) and if at the time of the original validity this voucher could be used for at least 90 days without lockdowns.

WHEN IS IT POSSIBLE to renew a voucher or extend it for a fee:

• Extending the validity of a voucher from the Wellness-Relax.cz website while the voucher is still valid: an amount of 20% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension by 3 months from the original validity date of the voucher)

• Renewal of a lapsed voucher purchased on the Wellness-Relax.cz website - within 3 months from the validity of the voucher: the amount of 35% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension of 3 months from the date of additional payment)

• Renewal of a lapsed voucher purchased on the Wellness-Relax.cz website - within 6 months from the validity of the voucher: the amount of 50% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension of 3 months from the date of additional payment)

• Renewal of a lapsed voucher purchased on another website (if the given website allows it or if the voucher has been redeemed on another website and its validity has just expired) - within 3 months from the validity of the voucher: the amount of 50% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension by 3 months from the date of additional payment)
