Relaxation massages - Couple massages and massages for 1 person:

  • When you make a reservation, you can buy a couple's relaxation massage for 2 people for 60 minutes for 2x 1.090,- or a relaxation massage for 1 person for 60 minutes for 1.090,- (or for the same price a massage for 2 people in a row for 30 minutes).

Relaxation massages - Couple massages and massages for 1 person:

  • When booking a zone, you can also order a “RELAX” massage We offer 60 minutes massage per person for +1.090,- CZK (or for the same price 2x 30 minutes massage in a row for 2 people). You can also book 90 minutes massage which costs +1.590,- CZK per person. The price includes the extended rental of the zone for given time of the ordered massage. Your massage can take a place in the same zone which you have rented or in a different one where your partner can enjoy an undisturbed relaxation.
  • Couples relaxation massage is possible in zones 2, 3 and VIP: 2x +1.090,- CZK for 60 minutes or 2x +1.590,- CZK for 90 minutes
  • We also do scrub and wrap massages

Booking a massage is only possible in advance via the reception number +420 777 711 322.
Ordering or re-ordering massages is possible for VIP clients without financial confirmation in advance
No discounts apply to massages, neither according to the type of membership, nor in vouchers.

Extensions and specifications:

  • Each additional person (over 2 persons or the number of persons listed in the voucher): +390,- CZK one-time cash payment (410,- CZK cashless).
  • Discounted rental for romantic WITHOUT ACTIVATION of the whirlpool or sauna is a separate tab in the price list above.
  • Rental of the zone above the length of the original reservation:
    • Every other started half hour +590,- CZK one-time cash payment (619,- CZK cashless).
    • Every other started hour: +890,- CZK one-time cash payment (934,- CZK cashless).

NIGHT rental is possible by prior arrangement (from 01:00 to 09:00)

  • Night rental prices are +50% to the prices of the price list "for operating hours from 16:00 to 01:00", but prior agreement with the reception on the date for NIGHT rental is required, there is no permanent shift for night operation
  • No vouchers / vouchers are valid for night operation 01:00 to 09:00, they are only valid at the times stated on the individual vouchers.

The receptionist may request to pay the deductible confirmation of the ordering of massages, packages or reservations by an amount equal to half of the order (or from 400,- CZK or up to the full amount of the order), such as an online payment card via PayPal or a quick payment or deposit into an account at Fio banka No.: 2001595869 / 2010 or IBAN: CZ8620100000002001595869 or account: 2301853583 / 2010, in case of paying in advance, the transfer can be used but only if the payment is credited to our account at least 1 day before booking, including for booking a masseuse, staff or securing goods).

Of course, the amount paid in advance will be deducted from the total amount when you visiting us.

We are a NON-SMOKING AREA (including ALL ZONES) for many reasons and also due to other visitors, we do not want the smell of cigarettes or electronic cigarettes here, the fine for smoking is CZK 2.000,-

  • Surcharge for a voucher that does not include a sauna, so that the sauna can also be used for: +290,- CZK cash (305,- CZK cashless)
  • Fee for the voucher, if the reservation of the zone is agreed and the client moves / cancels the date less than 48 hours before the original reservation: + 590, - CZK cash (620,- CZK cashless)

Payments:

  • Cash - in CZK or EUR - discounted price for payment in cash 4,72%
  • Payment cards at the establishment - VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electron, Maestro, Dinners Club, UnionPay, JCB, Vpay
  • GoPay - online on the web by credit cards and transfers via GoPay - superCash, mPayment, Paysafecard, GoPay wallet, Paypal.
  • Bitcoins - for reserving a zone, depositing funds with us or for ordering vouchers
  • By transfer - to our bank account in Fio banka: 2001595869/2010 (in case of paying in advance so that the payment is credited to our account at least 1 day before booking, IBAN: CZ8620100000002001595869)
  • PayPal - online payment in advance via the Paypal payment system, the Paypal payment link is here - ideal for fast card payment for mainly atypical orders, which we need to have confirmed as soon as possible for zone preparation and further ordering of goods or reservations
  • Benefit Plus - in the case of this payment, the benefits of discounted prices do not apply according to the type of your Membership, the price is calculated from the Basic price list by paying Cashless and +10% to this price Cashless for the commission fee of Benefit Plus
  • The basic price list is for Cashless payment and you have approx. -4,72% discount if you paying in cash. The above prices, unless otherwise stated, are in cash and must be added to them +5% in case of Cashless payment
  • When paying by Paypal, the amount will be increased by +6% compared to the Cashless price.

Rental prices for multiple zones - special discounted prices:

In multiple zones, the space is closed by a door between the corridors for your full privacy and a closed society:

It is possible to arrange the event NONSTOP.

  • For events of 6-8 people we recommend two zones (4th + VIP zone)
  • For events of 8-12 people, we recommend three zones (3rd + 4th + VIP zone)
  • For events of 12-20 people, we recommend the entire wellness area
  • We calculate prices individually or according to valid discounted vouchers.


The price list is valid from 01.10.2022 when paying by cash, when paying by cash we have a discount of approx. 4,72%

All prices are listed in CZK with VAT in cash after a discount compared to the cashless payment price, unless the cashless price, which is the basic list price, is already listed directly for the given item.

RESERVATION:

Due to the great unreliability of clients regarding the cancellation of reservations just before the start of the rental (regardless of the reason or unreasonability of cancellation, medical reasons or other), when we no longer fill the deadlines with other clients due to planning most clients for fullness on a given day and time a few days in advance and then half of the people do not arrive at the booked reservation (either with an apology or without), we must introduce the following new conditions for reservations, which we sincerely do not enjoy, but it is not possible to be done in another way because of staff, rent, energy and almost everything ,whether the client makes his reservation or does not come, although it does not come with an apology:

Booking conditions - without voucher:

  • Reservations without payment in advance:
    • For serious visitors, this will not affect them, because most of existing clients will not have to pay for reservations in advance, these are clients who have been with us and we have their phone number or e-mail:
      • Clients with 2x and more successfully made reservations and without a single cancellation of previous reservations
      • Clients with the "Exclusive" star, they have a 4: 1 and higher ratio of realized reservations versus canceled reservations
  • Reservations with prepayment:
    • Due to canceled reservations new clients and clients without an Exclusive star will need to pay in advance by bank transfer or in cash at the establishment:
      • Deposit for the reservation 50% to 100% of the total amount of the reservation non-cash according to the evaluation of the receptionist
      • + in full, possibly ordered accessories, cold-lined bowls, desserts, etc.
  • The booking block will be valid for 1 hour:
    • Reservations will be normally made at the time of receiving the prepayment. Blocks will be possible only according to the evaluation of the receptionist
    • Today's online payment options allows transfers within minutes
    • We also record Blocks in the system, so there will be only 1 blockade for 1 contact, if there are more unpaid Blocks, payment in advance will be required, with reservations / blocking being made only after receiving payment, if the deadline is occupied in the meantime, funds will be sent back to the given account or saved on the User's Credit.
  • In case the client does not arrive or does not cancel the reservation earlier than 48 hours before the start of the reservation:
    • The deposit is forfeited
    • For clients who have had Exclusive or 2 rentals and have not paid the deposit, we can request payment for a reservation for which they did not arrive

Booking conditions - from vouchers:

  • It will be possible to cancel or move the reservation from the voucher within a maximum of 48 hours from the original start of the reservation , after canceling the reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail or sms confirmation from us about the cancellation. If you do not receive an e-mail or sms with confirmation, please contact us immediately with the notification when the cancellation of the reservation was requested 48 hours before the deadline to the e-mail info@wellness-relax.cz.
    The voucher will be renewed with the original expiration date.
    The reserved date can be changed only once.
  • Reservations from a voucher from any website will NOT be canceled less than 48 hours from the beginning of the reservation or the reservation can not be moved , 100% cancellation of the voucher will apply, the voucher will be forfeited regardless of the reason or unreasonability of cancellation, medical reasons or other.
    It will not be possible to renew the voucher for a fee or reuse it in another or moved reservation, it will be used in terms of the system and rules.
  • Vouchers from our wellness-relax.cz website are valid for 90 or 120 days and if lockdowns occur, the vouchers will be extended by the number of days after the end of the lockdown, when it was not possible to use the vouchers. The voucher that could be used will be deducted from the voucher's expiration date.
  • Vouchers from our wellness-relax.cz website that have an extended fixed validity (vouchers with a duration of 180 days or longer) and in the event of lockdowns, the vouchers will only be extended if they could not be used during their validity at least 90 days without lockdowns. If there were not even 90 days without lockdowns, their plasticity will be shifted so that the 90 days without lockdowns from their sale are counted.
  • Vouchers from other websites are usually fixed on a specific day, so the validity period will be calculated between the day of purchase and the validity date as the total number of days to use and if lockdowns occur , the voucher will be extended by the number of days after the lockdown. It is not possible to use vouchers, in the case of several lockdowns, the days when the voucher could be used will be deducted from the days of use of the voucher.

Conditions for extending the validity of vouchers:

In general, the extension of reception vouchers is solved only after receiving the appropriate amount - to a bank account to our bank account in Fio bank: 2001595869 / 2010 or IBAN: CZ8620100000002001595869 or online payment or card via the Paypal payment system, the link to Paypal payment is here.

WHEN the voucher CANNOT be renewed or extended even for a fee:

  • if a reservation has already been made for the voucher by the reception, which did not take place and was not canceled more than 48 hours before the date and time of the reservation, regardless of any reason, the reservation did not take place.
  • if the third voucher is from the 2+1 promotion, i.e. a vouche that was donated free of charge by our website as a gift in the 2+1 promotion and similar promotions.
  • if it has an extended fixed validity (i.e. the voucher has an original validity of 6 months or more) and if at the time of the original validity this voucher could be used for at least 90 days without lockdowns.

WHEN IS IT POSSIBLE to renew a voucher or extend it for a fee:

  • Extending the validity of a voucher from the Wellness-Relax.cz website while the voucher is still valid: an amount of 20% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension by 3 months from the original validity date of the voucher)
  • Renewal of a lapsed voucher purchased on the Wellness-Relax.cz website - within 3 months from the validity of the voucher: the amount of 35% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension of 3 months from the date of additional payment)
  • Renewal of a lapsed voucher purchased on the Wellness-Relax.cz website - within 6 months from the validity of the voucher: the amount of 50% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension of 3 months from the date of additional payment)
  • Renewal of a lapsed voucher purchased on another website (if the given website allows it or if the voucher has been redeemed on another website and its validity has just expired) - within 3 months from the validity of the voucher: the amount of 50% of the original sales value of the voucher (extension by 3 months from the date of additional payment)

Detailed info on memberships, price list and prices for vouchers

The basic list prices have been the same since 2018:

  • When paying in Cash, the prices are still the same since 2018, due to changes in energy prices
  • Payment in cash is reduced by approx. -4,72% off Cashless Prices
  • Prices for non-cash payments are the same since the beginning of 2020 (increased only 15.03.2022 due to changes in energy prices) and are the Basic rental prices
  • The amount of discounts when paying in cash or non-cash is still the same for individual memberships from 2018, discounts apply to space rental, do not apply to massages, drinks, packages and additional assortment:
    • GOLD membership - discount approx. 10%
    • PLATINUM membership - discount approx. 12%
    • DIAMOND membership - discount approx. 15%

The only thing we had to adjust due to an unforeseen situation is from 01.01.2021 a reduction in the amount of discounts on vouchers from the Basic List Prices:

  • for Unregistered clients - 4% discount on vouchers
  • for registered clients with basic BASIC membership - 6% discount on vouchers
  • for GOLD membership - 10% discount on vouchers
  • for PLATINUM membership - 12% discount on vouchers
  • for DIAMOND membership - 15% discount on vouchers
  • voucher prices are now calculated from the Cashless prices from the basic price list

The most advantageous now for GOLD, PLATINUM and DIAMOND membership is payment in CASH at the establishment.

Despite this REDUCTION of discounts, vouchers for our registered clients on our website remain the cheapest compared to other websites where our vouchers may be for sale


How do you get individual memberships?

- Unregistered client - each visitor to the website without entering their Login name and password

- Registered client / contact with BASIC membership - is every website visitor who has registered with us in the system without having any rental made

- GOLD membership - is obtained by the client if he has 5 leases and upon reaching the Exclusive star (a ratio of completed/cancelled bookings of 4:1 or more)

- PLATINUM membership - the client obtains if he has 10 rentals and upon reaching the Exclusive star (a ratio of completed/cancelled bookings of 4:1 or more) (or it is a contact that was with us from the opening of the operation until August 2019, where the first visitors all received this membership forever)

- DIAMOND membership - is obtained by the client if he has 20 leases and upon reaching the Exclusive star (a ratio of completed/cancelled bookings of 4:1 or more)

- Star EXCLUSIVE - obtained by the client if the number of his number vs. The number of unrealized reservations is 4: 1 and has the resulting advantages as a VIP client, such as the possibility of booking LAST moment without a booking fee, sending preferential special discounted limited offers and more.
